Service Description

Our 45 minute preschool sessions offer children from 3 to 5 years an introduction to gymnastics in a fun, safe and friendly environment. Children learn basic rolls, jumps and shapes, to improve their core conditioning, flexibility and fine motor skills. For a lot of children it is their first experience of interacting with coaches and children of a similar age group outside of the family home, offering numerous benefits for a child's social development. Classes are non-refundable.
